DAY 01
Dambulla - Habarana
On arrival, the clients will be met by the Steuart Holidays chauffeur guide and will be transferred to Habarana. En-route, visit Millennium Elephant Orphanage in time to witness the bathing of elephants who have been abandoned by their herds in the wild and rescued by the authorities.

Upon arrival in Habarana, check in and relax at the hotel. In the evening, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, return to the hotel.

DAY 02
Polonnaruwa - Minneriya
Buddha Statues in Polonnaruwa
After breakfast, leave to Polonnaruwa for a day excursion. Polonnaruwa is the 2nd medieval capital of Sri Lanka and is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

In the evening, proceed on a jeep safari at the Minneriya National Park. During the dry season, large herds of elephants gather around the Minneriya Tank for fresh water and grass. Afterwards, return to your accommodation in Habarana.

DAY 03
Kandy - Esala Perahera
Temple of Tooth Relic Kandy
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kandy. Upon arrival in Kandy, check in and relax at the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed on a city tour in Kandy to witness the festival vibe engulfing the city. If time permits, visit the Royal Botanical Garden and The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

In the evening, proceed to watch the Kandy Esala Perahera, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful processions held in Asia.

After enjoying the perahera, return to your accommodation for the night.

DAY 04
Nuwara Eliya
Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, check in and relax at the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed on a city tour in Nuwara Eliya. Visit famous attractions such as Lake Gregory and Seetha Amman Temple.

Return to your accommodation and spend the evening at leisure.

DAY 05
Mirissa - Galle
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Mirissa. Upon arrival in Mirissa, check in to your accommodation and relax.

In the evening, enjoy an excursion to Galle for a ‘Sunset Beach Tuk Safari’ - a unique experience in Galle, another UNESCO Heritage Site in Sri Lanka. Afterwards, return to your accommodation in Mirissa.

Whale watching - Leisure
Whale Watching in Mirissa
Obtain packed breakfast from the hotel and proceed on a whale watching tour. Afterwards, return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure by the beach.

Departure
