Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, collect your baggage, meet and greet with the chauffeur guide, and proceed on your tour of the island. Transfer to Colombo, check in to the hotel and refresh. In the afternoon, leave for a half day city tour in Colombo. The city tour includes visits to Commercial, Residential and Bazaar areas. Return to the hotel in the evening.

Obtain packed breakfast from the hotel and leave for a village trek in Hiriwaduna – a tour through a typical Sri Lankan village, The tour includes a boat ride, a bullock cart ride, a trek, etc. Thereafter, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sigiriya is a structure rising dramatically from the central plains, the enigmatic rocky outcrop of Sigiriya is perhaps Sri Lanka's single most dramatic sight. Afterwards, return to the hotel and relax.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Kandy. En–route visit Dambulla Cave Temple - a UNESCO World Heritage site. Also, stop at a spice garden in Matale to witness spices growing in their natural habitat. Grab this opportunity to learn about spices and their uses in Sri Lankan cuisine. Afterwards, continue journey to Kandy. Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to the hotel and refresh. In the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing in Kandy. Visit an Arts & Crafts workshop, an Oriental Market Place, a Bazaar and a Gem Lapidary. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

In the evening, visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and witness a cultural show. Kandy Temple is considered to be one of the holiest and most important places in Buddhist religion. After breakfast, proceed to the misty mountains of Nuwara Eliya. En route, visit the famous Ramboda falls and a lush green tea plantation. Join the tea pluckers as they pick the famous tea leaves, before being introduced to the process of manufacturing some of the world’s finest tea. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, engage in a city tour in Sri Lanka’s “Little England”. Afterwards, catch the train to Ella from Nanu Oya. Taking the train to Haputale/Ella is the most famous stretch of train travel in Sri Lanka, and is nearly a tourist attraction in itself. Keep an eye out for the many waterfalls cascading down through the majestic hills. Upon arriving in Haputale, check in and spend the evening at leisure.
